EDITING

To edit our first film we used IMovie as both Mimi (editor #1) and Neve (editor #2) have used it before, the use of basic editing of cropping and working with audio allowed them to create an interesting final cut. They also had use some YouTube tutorials to make sure that the final edit was as good as it could possibly be, it also gave all of us a better understanding of the software and it allowed the main editors to overcome any of the problems they had. I think the editing of the final cut is really good considering the amount of time we had, as well as their limited skills in the area as this was our first film we have ever made and it took a while to get used to the software, although the tutorial did help considerably.
